Service Agreement

HorizonShine Detailing LLC, a.k.a. “HorizonShine” is an auto detailer that specializes in paint correction and ceramic coatings.! You agree that the prices are subject to change and the price to be paid is calculated on-site after a service pro confirms all services, vehicle types, and any add-ons.

Any price estimates are based on horizonshine’s prior experience, without an inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.

If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by HorizonShine. HorizonShine will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.

You agree if HorizonShine deems your vehicle to be in extreme vehicle condition our staff will not be able to fully detail your vehicle to our normal standards in our allotted appointment time and that an additional severity fee will be added if you desire your vehicle brought up to HorizonShine’s standards. The amount of the severity fee will be determined on-site.

HorizonShine however, will give you a complimentary interior detail add-on service of your choosing for your next appointment. (excluding odor elimination treatment)

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Horizonshine is not responsible for the loss of personal items left inside the vehicle. We will do our best to collect all trash and any hidden personal belongings we find prior to starting our detailing process. Everything we have collected will be left behind inside a compartment. If it is determined by HorizonShine that an excessive amount of personal items is in the vehicle and will not be able to fully detail your vehicle to our normal standards in our allotted appointment time and that an additional severity fee will be added if you desire your vehicle brought up to HorizonShine's standards.

You, the owner, or renter, or borrower must obtain and maintain motor vehicle insurance coverage which includes physical damage, and will not hold us, HorizonShine, liable for any damage to the vehicle in any event.

HorizonShine will not be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damage under any circumstances.

HorizonShine will not be liable for any loss or damage due the exposure of natural elements, terrorist acts, invasion, insurrection, riot, civil war or by military or usurped power or by order of any government or governmental authority or any other circumstance beyond our control.

HorizonShine will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle, or injury to persons in or about the vehicle by reason of use or operation of the vehicle by the owner or other persons not employed by HorizonShine.

You agree to inform HorizonShine within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for us to correct any mistakes and or incomplete services. HorizonShine agrees the appointment will be scheduled to

be corrected within 7 days from the time of initial service.

All outstanding balances must be paid before a scheduled re-cleaning can be booked.

You agree that you, your heirs, Distributees, Guardians, Parents, Successors, Legal Representative, and Assigns will not make a claim against HorizonShine, demand compensation or indemnity from or attach any of the property or assets of the released parties for any loss or damages explained in “Loss & Damages” or incomplete services.

HorizonShine Detailing offers Pick-Up and Drop-off service as a convenience to our clients! If an appointment is booked and the pick-up/drop-off location is outside of our designated radius (10 miles from the shop location), HorizonShine reserves the right to remove any discounts or we may require two vehicles to be detailed the day of and the day after the appointment to justify the travel distance. If multiple vehicles are not available to detail at the same date/time of appointment you agree to pay an additional $20 traveling fee for every 10 miles outside of HorizonShine's shop location. If the pick-up/drop off location is beyond the borders of the shop's state, you will be responsible for all tolls required for traveling on top of the traveling free.

The Customer agrees to pay HorizonShine Detailing in full when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing. You authorize to charge the credit card on file if no cash or check payment is received. All outstanding invoices 14 days and over is subject to a late payment fee of $25 plus any outstanding balance. If no payment is received immediately after service is completed, the customer authorizes HorizonShine to charge the customer's credit card in the full amount of the invoice. Before, During and after a service is complete and payment is issued, there are no refunds. You are not to request a chargeback or you will be responsible for any fees, fines, or penalties associated with the attempt. 

You agree to have the service you and HorizonsShine agreed upon performed. Additional fees may apply as listed in the "processing fee", "Extreme Vehicle Condition (Severity)", "Personal Items", and "Exceeding Service Area" clauses of the current contract. All services and what is included with those services will be written out on HorizonShine's website at www.HorizonShine.us and all ad-on services will be listed in the notes of your appointment.

Changes to those services are allowed before and during the appointment at anytime but may require an additional fee to complete those services requested. Some services may require HorizonShine to keep your Vehicle/Vehicles over night. You are required to pick up your vehicle at our shop in a reasonable time, no longer than 3 days, after service is complete. Failing to pick up your vehicle after a service is fully performed in a reasonable time may result in a storage fee at the cost of our "hand wash" service for each day the vehicle is left at our shop after a

reasonable time.

At HorizonShine, we strive to provide convenient and hassle-free services to our customers. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional mobile car detailing experiences, we have a processing fee policy. The 2.9%+$0.10 processing fee is applicable to all payments made through non-cash methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets in person. There is a 3.5%+0.$15 processing fee applicable to all payments made through non-cash methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets over-the-phone. Our convenience fee has been introduced to help us cover various expenses associated with processing electronic payments.

These expenses include credit card fees imposed by financial institutions, transaction charges, and the costs of maintaining secure payment gateways. Additionally, the processing fee also allows us to account for factors like rising operational costs due to inflation and fluctuations in prices, as we aim to provide consistent and high-quality services.

We want to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our processing fee, so our customers understand its purpose and the value it adds to our operations. We encourage our customers to consider using alternative payment methods, such as cash, to avoid incurring the processing fee.

The Horizon Shine Detailing Service ( "Horizon shine") is operated by HorizonShine Detailing

LLC ("HorizonShine", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Service Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Service Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Any updates to this contract will be effective for all clients who are scheduled and/or are being serviced and/or those with an outstanding balance on the date the contract was updated.

Arriving to an appointment without a contract signature will automatically establish your consent to all of the contract terms and conditions
